Two girls, 17 at the time, were allegedly kidnapped, bound, raped, and left to die in an underground shed behind Hinson's house. He says the sex was consensual and and the girls made up the story because they stole marijuana from him and were afraid he would retaliate. Hinson was convicted of raping a 12-year old in 1991. He was just acquitted of the current allegations. If what the girls say is true, I suspect this is not the last we hear from Mr. Hinson.
If the girls were lying.....is marijuana so tempting that you would attempt to ruin a reformed man's life???? Shouldn't he sue the girls now?
